We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong technical proficiency to oversee and deliver a range of multi-disciplinary projects across the industrial, dairy, and food sectors. As Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for the full lifecycle delivery of projects mostly related to Dairy Products — from initial scoping, design procurement, and coordination, through to construction monitoring and project closeout. You will manage scope, cost, programme, and quality, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous industry standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management across multiple concurrent projects, with direct responsibility for time, cost, quality, and safety outcomes.
  • Manage project scopes, variations, and contract negotiations, ensuring effective risk and change management.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of design deliverables, managing specialist consultants and engineering disciplines.
  • Conduct construction monitoring, ensuring compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Strengthen key client, consultant, and contractor relationships to secure repeat business and expand market presence.
  • Provide technical leadership within the team, mentoring junior project staff and contributing to technical reviews.
  • Ensure full compliance with project administration requirements, including programming, budgeting, and reporting.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience delivering projects in dairy, food processing, or similar technical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and construction methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
  • Skilled in identifying design risks, coordinating cross-discipline inputs, and delivering value-engineered solutions.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets, variations, and claims.
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency with project management software
