I am partnering a niche and expanding project management consultancy established by industry leaders who offer a compelling value proposition to clients. With more organic growth in the Waikato we are recruiting a successful Project Manager to lead and expand their business in the region.

Initially working in a Senior PM role to;

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients across planning, design, and value engineering
  • Support procurement, contracts, and risk advisory
  • Oversee delivery of infrastructure projects 

As you establish yourself in the business you will work alongside the Directors to foster client relationships, identify new business and expand the Hamilton team.  

Projects will be diverse and could including major Roading work and 3 Water projects, through to minor capital upgrades and civil maintenance programmes. Joining a tam of national experts there is also the opportunity to collaborate on projects of national significance based in other regions.

About You

You will bring Project Management expertise from a Tier 1 contractor or consultancy business with the following:

  • Successfully delivering a range of civil/infrastructure construction projects
  • Knowledge of local NZ contracts, costs and construction methods
  • Degree qualified (Civil Engineering or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • A collaborative, down-to-earth approach
  • Interest in expanding a business
