Established and led by a highly respected and well-connected Director, this consultancy has entered a strategic partnership to accelerate growth and build out their Project Management capability. These ambitions will quickly create clear career pathways for Project Managers looking to step toward Project Director level roles and broader strategic influence.

This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong career within an engineering or project management consultancy but now wants greater autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to influence business direction. You’ll join a major healthcare project moving from concept design into detailed design and planning. With a strong focus on stakeholder management, you will lead Design Management, provide risk advisory, drive high-level project planning, and support procurement, construction monitoring, and delivery oversight.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification (Engineering, Architecture, Construction)
  • 5–10 years’ Project Management experience
  • Consultancy-side background preferred, with strong design management capability
  • Proven success delivering complex property and/or infrastructure projects
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong problem solver with a proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Comfortable with some regional travel
