The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be the delivery lead for South Auckland, overseeing a portfolio of projects in the $10m–$50m range. You’ll operate with real autonomy, backed by robust systems, experienced site teams, and long-standing subcontractor relationships — giving you the resources on hand to support your success.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead projects from early planning and design through to handover
  • Manage programme, design coordination, procurement, delivery, and risk
  • Drive commercial success and project performance
  • Develop strong client relationships and guide key decisions
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your team
  • Foster smart, safe, buildable solutions
  • Contribute to team development and regional growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven delivery of large-scale construction projects in NZ
  • Strong programming capability (MS Project)
  • Working knowledge of NZ standard contracts (e.g. NZS 3910/3916)
  • Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and engaged leadership style
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
