Senior Project Manager – Property Infrastructure
I’m working with a well-regarded Wellington business looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to help deliver a pipeline of interesting commercial fitout and property projects.
They’re a unique multi-disciplinary team with architecture, design and construction capability all in-house, which allows them to take projects from concept through to delivery. Most of their work is high-end commercial fitouts for corporate and government clients.
They also have some larger scale property and infrastructure projects coming up, so they’re looking for someone who can not only lead projects but also contribute to the wider thinking around how projects are structured and delivered.
The team itself is young, collaborative and down to earth. No big egos, just good people working together to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
The role will involve:
- Leading commercial fitout and property projects from planning through to delivery
- Managing consultants, design teams and key stakeholders
- Working closely with corporate and government clients
- Helping shape early project strategy and delivery approaches
Ideally you’ll bring:
- Solid project management experience in construction or property
- Experience delivering commercial fitout or workplace projects
- Confidence managing contractors, clients and consultant teams
- The ability to keep projects running smoothly across programme, cost and delivery
- Experience working with government clients or public sector projects would be helpful but isn’t essential.
