With the structure about to commence this is a prime chance to join an experienced team working for a niche and busy construction business. 

You’ll take full commercial responsibility for the project with the support of an intermediate QS; managing procurement, contracts , finances and administration. Working in a flexible environment with a flat management structure you’ll have real ownership of leading commercial success with no layers of red tape. As the business evolves there is the opportunity to apply your expertise in improving systems and processes as the company scales its delivery capability.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Several years’ Quantity Surveying experience in New Zealand
  • Proven success as the main QS on larger commercial/apartment projects
  • Sound knowledge of NZ contracts and building methods
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Confident, adaptable, and a relaxed approach
  • Ability to problem solve and be a supportive team player
