Senior Quantity Surveyor
A newly created role for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Civil Estimator in a highly regarded consultancy that’s expanding its footprint in the national civil infrastructure sector.
With decades of success delivering trusted cost and quantity surveying advice across public and private projects, this firm has a significant opportunity and capability to grow its civil infrastructure services.
About the Role
Reporting directly to an experienced and supportive Director, you’ll take ownership of a key client relationship while continuing to deliver high-quality technical work. There is clear scope to develop into an Associate position, including leading a team as business grows.
What You’ll Do
- Lead estimating and cost planning on complex civil infrastructure projects — including 3-waters projects, and transportation work such as Roads of National Significance.
- Provide value engineering, procurement advice, and cost management throughout all project phases.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to organic business growth
What You’ll Bring
- Quantity Surveying or Estimating experience on civil infrastructure projects
- Technical expertise balanced with excellent communication skills
- New Zealand experience and knowledge essential
- Ability to build positive readerships
- A desire to take the next step in your career
- Related Quantity Surveying Qualifications
