Service Coordinator

Watch the hours fly by in this newly created & fast-paced Service Support role for the team that install and service a huge range of automated packaging machinery around NZ.

Based in Middleton this busy branch of an international brand of machinery is growing faster than ever creating the need for an organised and flexible individual to carry out a healthy mix of daily tasks:

  • Communicate with clients around NZ to determine their service/machinery needs
  • Plan/schedule service repair requests
  • Organise travel/flights and accommodation for field-based Technicians
  • Ensure Technicians have required parts/components
  • Data entry – utilizing SAP to track cost/inventory
  • Collect timesheets & create invoices

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday during normal work hours – additional hours may be required for urgent repair/service requests

This is the ideal next career move for a PC savvy and technically minded individual who has a background in administration and customer service. Whether you’ve worked in logistics, office support or come from the trades, this is a role that will keep you on your toes. You’ll need to think on your feet and be able to juggle multiple priorities.

You won’t be thrown into the deep end! Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate. You will work alongside the current Service Coordinator will show you the ropes and help you get up to speed at your pace.
