The Opportunity
Join a team and lead day-to-day site operations of a large package of work on a complex, commercial grade project. You’ll support short term programming and planning, coordinate sub-trades, manage documentation and queries and work collaboratively with consultants and contractors problem to solve design issues and identify value engineering options.

You’ll be a key link between the delivery team on the ground and the wider project stakeholders, and work alongside another skilled Site Manager, with the guidance of a remotely based but highly engaged Project Manager. This setup suits a confident, organised leader who thrives on independence, clear communication, and quality delivery.

You’ll Need:

  • Site Management experience on commercial / industrial projects 
  • Experience across structures through to building services and fit out. 
  • New Zealand construction experience is essential 
  • Excellent planning, coordination and reporting skills
  • Strong systems skills (MS Project & procore)
  • A safety-first mindset and collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to communicate confidently with clients, consultants, and trades
