The Support Team

At Technical Recruitment Solutions, our support team is comprised of supporting consultants, candidate managers and marketing personnel.

  • Our supporting consultants and candidate managers work in a similar capacity to our recruitment consultants and support them in carrying out their day-to-day tasks. They are integral members of their respective teams, generating value in a number of areas.
  • Our marketing support rounds out our support team. They work mainly with digital media and communications whilst also supporting our administration staff and other consultants where necessary.

Our support team has been growing steadily and is expected to continue to do so! Watch this space!

Adam joined Technical Recruitment Solutions in 2021 as a Candidate Manager and has spent the following years specialising in sourcing and connecting skilled construction talent in New Zealand with top tier opportunities for sub-contractors, main contractors and consultancy clients. Having previously worked for a building consultancy and held a general labor role, Adam has developed an understanding of the technical responsibilities of different disciplines within construction, working alongside professionals and gaining insight into the different aspects of project delivery and the built environment. This has given Adam the tools to support clients in finding the skills they require, understanding the individual’s needs and presenting them with the right opportunity to progress their career.

Louise is our Office Manager, without whom we simply wouldn’t be able to operate. Her role at Technical Recruitment Solutions is a hectic one. Louise deals with all manner of enquiries both over the phone and online. She also makes our consultant’s jobs far less stressful by preparing CVs for presentation to clients, handling all of our incoming and outgoing invoices and transcribing all of our verbal reference conversations. Louise is determined, hardworking, and although her job keeps her extremely busy - she radiates positivity at all times.
