At Technical Recruitment Solutions, our support team is comprised of supporting consultants, candidate managers and marketing personnel.
- Our supporting consultants and candidate managers work in a similar capacity to our recruitment consultants and support them in carrying out their day-to-day tasks. They are integral members of their respective teams, generating value in a number of areas.
- Our marketing support rounds out our support team. They work mainly with digital media and communications whilst also supporting our administration staff and other consultants where necessary.
Our support team has been growing steadily and is expected to continue to do so! Watch this space!
Mackley joined Technical Recruitment Solutions in March 2022 after achieving his Bachelor of Communications. Majoring in communication management, Mackley received several awards for academic excellence and looks forward to bringing the same drive for excellence to his new role.

Adam left the UK to travel in 2019, and after a few years living and working in Australia, he found his way to New Zealand. Adam’s previous administrative support and customer service experience within the surveying industry has given him a solid base to work within our Civil and Construction team. His love for working with people lead him on his current career path of working in recruitment and his enthusiasm to help people makes him a valuable member of his team
