Moreover, Tony’s degree and career industrial experience in biotechnology and high quality/regulated manufacturing sits squarely in the sector making him one of the very few recruiters in this field that actually has experience in the industry for which he recruits. This has given him and his team a unique first-person insight into that businesses look for in potential hires.

Since 2004, he has built a strong reputation for Technical Recruitment Solutions and for the settled and reliable team he has built to meet the ongoing and future needs of our clients. His knowledge of generalist and bespoke positions has helped hundreds of professionals into new and exciting roles, and in doing so, helping new and long term clients to hire the right people for the long term.
