Site Manager (FIFO)

You will be comfortable to travel Monday to Friday with travel and local quality accommodation costs covered, plus receive tax free allowances; grow your career and grow your savings!
This design build project has an 18month program and you will be part of a large site team, initially managing the steel and concrete structure, responsibilities will include developing short term construction programmes, identifying risks, organising and manage sub contractors, delivering Heath & Safety chat, managing RFIs and site reporting .
A key focus will be your ability to work closely with client and specialist consultants and quickly problem solves any issues.
Required background
- New Zealand experienced site manager, trade or tertiary qualifications
- Stable career with a New Zealand Main contractor
- Experience managing large commercial grade projects (over $10m in value)
- Good with project systems and reporting
- Positive and motivating leadership style.
- A proven ability to build collaborative working relationships.
