Electrical Engineer

Our client is a niche multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy who provide engineering design and construction of production processing plant, utilities and supporting infrastructure in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and biosciences industries.
 
With existing mechanical, electrical, chemical process, and structural teams they are currently looking to expand their electrical team, and as such are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the team to undertake electrical design and project management work.
 
You will see projects through from concept to completion- being involved in scope & costings, concept and detailed design, and project delivery. Being an experienced engineer you will also mentor less experienced engineers and assist in the ongoing development of systems and processes.
 
To be successful in the role you will have:

  • A tertiary Electrical Engineering qualification
  • Proven design and project management experience working on industrial projects – preferably food and dairy industry projects
  • Experience seeing projects through from concept to onsite commissioning
  • Experience with contract management, contractor management and contract variations
