The Role

Working alongside experienced Directors and backed by industry leading resources and systems, you’ll provide a range of core Quantity Surveying and Estimating services including:

  • Estimating and Cost planning
  • Value Engineering 
  • Feasibility and procurement advice
  • Tendering and contract administration
  • Risk Management and cost reporting 
  • Client relationship development
  • Mentoring Juniors

This role offers varied project exposure and opportunities to support the Directors with business growth, internal training and development, as well as continual improvements to ensure service delivery is innovative and value focused.

About You

We’re open to experienced PQS professionals as well as contractor-side Estimators looking to transition into consultancy.

You will ideally have:

  • Several years of Quantity Surveying experience
  • Strong estimating / cost planning skills
  • Local commercial construction experience
  • Sound knowledge of NZ3910 and NZ3916
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • Social team player who is looking for a career move.
  • Related QS qualification, and preferably NZIQS or RICS
