Commercial HVAC Service Manager
This company is well-established and respected commercial building services business, operating in the Wellington region, providing both contracting and maintenance/service to a number of Wellington’s most prestigious buildings which are supported by a team of professionals who provide technical excellence and quality service in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and many more.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting a team of 8 HVAC technicians for day-to-day service. Delivering planned preventative maintenance work as well as service and corrective maintenance work to a portfolio of commercial buildings in Wellington. This role is people-centric and so it suits someone who really cares about their clients, creating a great culture within the team and delivering high quality work.
We are looking for people with the following experience:
- Commercial HVAC Service Experience is essential
- Electrical background preferred – mechanical still considered
- Exceptional People Management and Leadership Skills.
- Customer service and Sales Skills
- Proven Problem-Solving Skills
- A positive attitude – someone who really cares about their company, clients and the job that they perform
