With growth and plenty of ongoing and exciting work comes the need for additional people, and due to a recent change in staff, we are looking for a Service and Technical Support Engineer to join the Adelaide team.
The Role
In this role, you will provide after sales installation, servicing and technical support to customers.
Specifically, you will:
- Install, service and maintain mechanical industrial plant
- Engage with customers and build strong working relationships
- Provide technical support to customers
- Identify and be influential in addressing common maintenance issues and trends
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have a relevant trade qualification (preferably mechanical discipline) with an understanding of electrical control systems
- Have proven experience with servicing industrial mechanical plant
- Have a strong customer focus with proven experience developing strong customer relationships
As this role covers the wider Australian region you must be okay with planned travel. Personally, you will have excellent communication skills and be a committed and motivated team player.
