The Opportunity
The organisation is seeking an experienced Food Technologist to take on a role in the development of products from concept through to commercialisation. Reporting to the Senior Food Technologist, you’ll lead development projects, working in a team to ensure all products meet quality, regulatory, and commercial requirements while guiding projects through the full NPD process. 
 
You, the Candidate
You will be an experienced Food Technologist with experience in the meat industry, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop. 

The successful candidate will have the following skills, qualifications, and experience –

  • A tertiary qualification in Food or Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ commercial experience in NPD in FMCG industry.
  • Experience with meat is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and engage across teams.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Adaptability and resilience when working in a dynamic environment.
