With a strong pipeline of work built through their long-standing client relationships they are recruiting for a Senior PM, or a PM ready to be mentored into a senior role. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your project management career with the resources to support your success.

You’ll lead projects from early business case and planning through to design management, procurement, and construction. You’ll be trusted to provide commercially astute advice, manage stakeholders, challenge project outcomes and ensure successful delivery for your clients.

  • Managing project planning and delivery strategies
  • Design management and coordination
  • Procurement and contract administration
  • Risk, programme and cost management
  • Client liaison and stakeholder engagement
  • Monitoring construction progress and project performance
  • Driving successful project outcomes from inception to completion

Ideally you’ll bring:

  • Project Management, Design Management, or Project Engineering  experience 
  • Related tertiary qualifications preferred
  • Experience across commercial property or infrastructure projects
  • Good knowledge of NZS3910 and NZ building methods
  • Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capability
  • A collaborative and professional approach
