Senior Project Manager
Join a high-performing Project Management & Advisory consultancy as they expand their team in North Queensland with this role progressing into the Regional Lead position and managing a small team.
Led by a highly respected and well-connected Director, this consultancy has entered a strategic partnership to accelerate growth, these ambitions will offer enticing career pathways
You’ll join a major building project moving from concept into detailed design and planning. With a focus on stakeholder management, you will lead Design Management, provide risk advisory, drive high-level project planning, and support procurement, construction monitoring, and delivery oversight.
Supported by a small team of Project Managers, you will organise and support their work and collaborate with the national Director on fostering client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the region.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification (Engineering, Architecture, Construction)
- 10 years’ plus Project Management experience in Australia / NZ
- Consultancy-side experience with strong design management capability
- Proven success delivering large & complex property projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem solver with a proactive, self-motivated approach
As this role is due to start in 6-8 Weeks, applicants must hold a valid work visa for Australia.
Not currently in Cairns, my client can provide initial short term accommodation and support your long term relocation to the region.
