Join a high-performing Queensland consultancy as they expand their team in North Queensland with this role ideally progressing into the Regional Manager position.
Led by a highly respected and well-connected Director, this consultancy has entered a strategic partnership to accelerate growth, these ambitions will offer enticing career pathways
You’ll join a major healthcare project moving from concept design into detailed design and planning. With a focus on stakeholder management, you will lead Design Management, provide risk advisory, drive high-level project planning, and support procurement, construction monitoring, and delivery oversight.
Supported by a small team of Project Managers, you will organise and support their work and collaborate with the national Director on fostering client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the region.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification (Engineering, Architecture, Construction)
- 10 years’ plus Project Management experience in NZ / Australia
- Consultancy-side experience with strong design management capability
- Proven success delivering large & complex property projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem solver with a proactive, self-motivated approach
As this role is due to start in 6-8 Weeks, applicants must hold NZ citizernship or a valid work visa for Australia.
