Senior Site Manager

Experienced structural site manager needed for a large building project in Christchurch, if you enjoy problem solving technical challenges read on.

Joining a large site team you will take on the short term planning, organising and leading of a technical build which includes complex insitu concrete structure with a high level of technical tolerances to complement the installation of building / mechanical services.

With the nature of this project you will have a key role in problem solving site based design and construction challenges and work collaboratively to identify and present cost effective and suitable solutions.   

Reporting to a successful and motivated Project Manager this role suits someone who enjoys challenging projects and working as part of a high performing team.

We are looking for:

– Extensive Site Management experience in New Zealand
– Success in managing large commercial or industrial project
– Excellent knowledge of vertical concrete structures
– Good short term planning experience
– Confident with project reporting and document control systems
– Positive and motivating leadership style
– Committed to foster a culture committed to H&S best practice 
– Ability to communicate with a range of clients & consultants
