Site Manager
Join a leading NZ design & build contractor delivering large-scale industrial and commercial projects across the growing South Auckland corridor from Onehunga through to Drury.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager wanting to grow their career within a modern, well-resourced business known for its strong culture, secure pipeline and quality project delivery.
The Role
Join an experienced project team delivering a major development including logistics warehousing, coolstore and office facilities.
Working alongside a strong Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of key parts of the build from structure through to interiors, services and finishes — leading subcontractors, driving programme, quality and H&S outcomes on site.
You’ll also gain valuable exposure to the full design & build process, working closely with the PM around RFIs, buildability, design coordination and construction planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on NZ commercial or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of concrete and steel structures
- Positive leadership style and strong communication skills
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Committed to quality and Health & Safety
