With a strong pipeline of forward work, I am starting to search for Site Managers looking for new options in the next 3 months, possibly sooner. 

Working on a large and complex site and reporting to an experienced PM, you will lead a large structural package of work with main responsibilities including 

  • Short-term programming and scheduling
  • Reviewing of plans and organising subcontractors and trades
  • Quality assurance and on-site issue resolution
  • Management of RFIs, documentation, and site reporting
  • Daily toolbox talks and site health & safety leadership

What You’ll Bring

  • Site Management experience on large construction projects
  • Experience with building services / MEP highly desireable
  • A solid understanding of NZ construction standards and practices
  • Confident using Project, Procore, or similar project systems
  • A safety-first mindset and proactive leadership style
  • Clear communication skills when dealing with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
