Site Manager (Interiors)
Expanding Commercial Interiors business is looking for a Site Manager to join them in Christchurch initially on a fixed term contract, with a view of becoming permanent, excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with an industry leader who has expansion plans for 2025.
Joining a highly experienced and successful team you will enjoy working with excellent systems and resources, with work likely to start in early 2025 this client is looking for someone who could be available to join them in the coming few weeks to assist with procurement and site establishment,
Reporting to the national construction manager you will take full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of this project with a key focus on quality and surpassing the client’s expectations. Managing a team of subcontractors you will foster a positive and motivated team, provide ongoing support to manage design changes and effectively resolve problems.
We are looking for:
- Recent New Zealand Site Management experience
- Success in delivering commercial grade interiors
- Enjoy past paced work
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with short term programming, site reporting and stakeholder management
- Related trade or tertiary qualifications
