Building Services Engineer
Lead the Building Services (MEP) work across commercial projects for a leading commercial contractor across a diverse range of projects, great role for someone looking to move into a management / coordination role in a high profile position. The Dunedin location offers a relaxed and affordable lifestyle with significant construcition work ahead.
The Role
Working alongside the project and site managers you will take responsibility for the delivery of building services services throughout every stage of the construction programme from design coordination and pre-construction planning and procurement through to on site planning, supervision and problem solving.
Depending on the size of project you may focus on one large project or work across several small projects.
Role Requirements:
- Building Services Experience & qualifications
- Ideally experienced across mechanical & electrical trades
- Experience with design coordination and project planning.
- Good systems skills (3D/4D)
- Relationship focused and positive communication style
- Team focused
