Quantity Surveyor (Senior or Intermediate)

The Role
Working with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor you will support the early procurement stage of a large new project, and then as work moves to site take on the QS management of a variety of packages of trades including payments, variations and claims. You will provide monthly reconciliations and reporting and also work with the Project Manager and Site Manager on value engineering.

The Experience

  • Related QS qualifications and Quantity Surveying on commercial grade projects
  • Experience with NZ3910 and Local construction methods is preferred. 
  • Good team playing skills, a commitment to quality, and excellent communication skills.
