Supervisor – Junior Site Manager
This role will see you taking responsibility for delivering the structures of a major commercial project in Wellington. This is a “boots on the ground” role, delivering large-scale, multi-level structures and we’re keen to hear from qualified Forepersons/Supervisors and Site Managers, who are experienced with commercial building structures.
This role is working for an industry leading main contractor who work on large scale, interesting projects across NZ. Their Wellington team delivers a range of commercial new builds and large scale refurbishments. This role will start off working on a new build project, with signifcant piling and concrete structural work, tower cranes etc.
This is an outstanding opportunity to progress your career as a Site Manager with a team that has a proven record of developing their personnel into industry leaders.
Experience Required
- Experienced as a Foreperson / Supervisor or Site Manager
- Commercial structures experience is essential
- Ideally trade qualified
- Ability to learn new construction management programs
- The ability to drive and achieve deadlines
- A strong commitment to site health and safety guidelines
