Following his Bachelor of Biotechnology, Tony spent 9 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, working his way from Production Technician though Process Technologist, Technical Manager, and Production Manager with a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer. Tony was heavily involved in up-scaling manufacturing processes and commissioning a new sterile production facility, before moving into recruitment. Tony also had a stint in Medical Device manufacturing working for a start-up (and now well established) business at a senior leadership level. This has given him in-depth knowledge of the technical skills and experience required by companies to help source candidates for their vacancies.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys playing hockey or supporting his daughters in their sports whenever possible. In the warmer months, he and his family will be found tearing up the flat waters of the Pauatahanui inlet or enjoying the surf of the local beaches.
